Shopify performance · 30-day sprint

Your store loses revenue on every second it takes to load.

In 30 days I get your PageSpeed above 85 and your mobile conversion up 10–25%. Fixed scope, fixed price, measured before and after — on your devices, together.

No call required. You get a Loom and a written report.

The problem, in numbers

Slow pages are a revenue line, not an IT ticket

Put your own numbers in. The formula is printed with the cap inside it and the coefficient is cited, so your developer can check the arithmetic in thirty seconds.

The sprint · 30 days

Three weeks of work, measured at both ends

The scope is the plan in your free audit, unchanged. Work happens on a duplicated theme and nothing goes live until you approve the diff.

    Baseline
    Day 1

We record the starting numbers together, on your devices, so the result at the end is not my word against yours.

  2. 01
    Critical path
    Week 1

Third-party scripts deferred behind interaction, duplicate apps removed, render-blocking resources cleared.

  3. 02
    Images and fonts
    Week 2

Responsive AVIF pipeline, correct dimensions per breakpoint, font loading that stops moving the layout.

  4. 03
    Theme and proof
    Week 3

Liquid and CSS on the templates that matter, then the closing measurement and the before/after report.

Case studies

Context, intervention, measured result

Two slots, both waiting on real measurements. Public-store teardowns are labelled as teardowns — an unaffiliated demo is worth more than a fabricated client.

Public store teardown — unaffiliated demo Slot 01 · placeholder copy
Context

Apparel store on a heavily customised theme, six analytics scripts in the critical path, hero shipped at 2400px.

Intervention

Third parties deferred behind interaction, responsive AVIF pipeline, two apps duplicating the same tracking removed.

Result

Pending measurement.

▲ Awaiting data No bars until a measured before/after pair with source and date exists.
Slot 02 · empty

Reserved for the first paid sprint. Publishing it needs four things: the client's permission, the before capture, the after capture, and the date of each.

FAQ

Before you ask

What if I already have a developer?

Either I hand over a prioritised diff and they ship it, or I ship it and they review. Both work, and the second is faster.

Do you need access to my live theme?

Staff access to a duplicated theme. The live one is never touched until you approve the diff.

How does the guarantee actually work?

PageSpeed mobile 85+ on the agreed template set, measured together on the last day. Below that, full refund, and you keep the work.

Payment terms?

50% when we start, 50% on delivery. Bank transfer or card. If the guarantee is missed, everything you paid is refunded.

Will this help my SEO?

Speed is one input among many and I will not pretend it is the deciding one. If indexing is your problem, the SEO sprint is the honest answer — sold separately, neither depends on the other.
